Freeman is a non-custodial swap aggregator built so that using it reveals as little about you as possible. This policy explains what we do and — more importantly — what we deliberately do not do with your data.

1. Data we collect

Freeman does not require an account, email, phone number, or any identity document to function. We do not collect names, KYC records, or wallet ownership information. To route and execute a swap, the app processes the minimum technical data required — the asset pair, the amount, and the destination and refund addresses you provide — and only for as long as the swap is in progress.

2. No-logging policy

We do not keep a history of your swaps, link transactions to a device or person, or build a profile of your activity. Routing happens on your device wherever possible, and quote requests are not stored against an identifier. Once a swap completes, there is nothing on our side to trace it back to you. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data — because we do not hold it.

3. Cookies & analytics

Our marketing site uses only strictly necessary cookies to keep the page working. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers. If we ever measure aggregate site traffic, it is done in a privacy-preserving way that does not identify individual visitors, and never inside the app itself.

4. Third-party protocols

Swaps are executed through independent DEXs, bridges, and liquidity providers. When your transaction reaches these networks it becomes part of a public blockchain, which is outside Freeman's control. We encourage you to review the practices of any protocol a route passes through; on-chain data is inherently public and permanent.

5. Your rights

Because we do not collect personal data, there is generally nothing for us to export, correct, or delete on request. If you believe we hold any information about you, you may contact us to ask, and we will respond promptly. Using Freeman never requires you to waive any right you hold under applicable privacy law.
